Description
The PPT is researching the Forest Service public participation processes and working to increase stakeholder involvement in SNAMP through regular public meetings and reporting, public outreach, and an interactive website.

Primary Investigators
Lynn Huntsinger
Lynn Huntsinger is an Associate Professor in the department of Environmental Science, Policy, and Management at UC Berkeley. Her research focuses on the interactions between people and the environment, particularly in the context of rangeland ecosystems.
Maggi Kelly
Maggi is a Cooperative Extension Specialist at UC Berkeley. She is a geographer with expertise in ecological monitoring and landscape quantification using integrated geospatial technologies - GIS, remote sensing, GPS, spatial analysis, modeling, visualization and landscape ecology approaches.
Kim Rodrigues
Kim is the Regional Director for the North Coast and Mountain Region in CA and Administrative Liaison for the RREA (Renewable Resources Extension Act) Program. Her research specialty is forestry and public participation.
Postdoctoral Researcher
Adriana Sulak
Adriana is a postdoctoral researcher working with Lynn Huntsinger and the PP Team. She concentrates on SNAMP program analysis and public participation research at field sites.
Graduate Student
Shasta Ferranto
Shasta is a PhD student working on the public participation team. She manages the SNAMP website.

Kim Ingram
Kim Ingram is working directly with SNAMP in the northern site. She is based in Auburn, and her role is to work at the community level, developing local opportunities for public participation and fostering communication.
Susie Kocher
Susie is a Natural Resources Advisor for UC Cooperative Extension in El Dorado County and coordinates the overall public participation activities. She is based in the northern site.
Anne Lombardo
Anne Lombardo is working directly with SNAMP in the southern site. She is based in Oakhurst, and her role is to work at the community level, developing local opportunities for public participation and fostering communication.
