Have any of the Telemetered Fishers traversed the narrow corridor near Mammoth Pools that was consumed in the Aspen and French Fires?

Steve, as I understand it only one male has been known to make that crossing, and it was before the fires. I know it is a concern for the fisher team, that nearly 34,000 acres burned around that crossing in a couple of years. I will double check this information with Craig and get back to you if there is more I can add to this.

After consulting with Craig, I believe 2 males have made the crossing. There was the one young male that was captured on the Kings River side and showed up in SNAMP's study area. Another young male was tracked crossing the San Joaquin River from the north and then returning. Both events did occur prior to the French and Aspen fires.
